The Evolution of Privacy in the Age of Technology

Event Description:

HLJ, CLQ, and HSTLJ proudly present a joint symposium on the Evolution of Privacy in the Age of Technology. The event will feature two panel discussions: the first panel will focus on the regulation of emerging technologies within the Fourth Amendment context, and the second on consumer protection, privacy, and the role of government actors and companies. The keynote address will be provided by Jay Stanley, a senior policy analyst with the ACLU Speech, Privacy, and Technology Project, who researches, writes and speaks about technology-related privacy and civil liberties issues and their future.
